Our digital solutions team is a blend of experts from technology, marketing, and user experience who work together as one team to deliver exceptional user experiences for both internal and external customers. We're here to change healthcare by building a best-of-digital discipline in-house and we need an incredible manager to help us round out our team.Depending on the specific team, this role is responsible for providing management and leadership for one or many of the following areas:- Digital strategy- User experience and design- Software development/engineering- Digital quality assurance- Product management and ownership- Product analytics- Infrastructure support

Helping us keep a pulse of what'shappening in the business is key, while also being able to assess, prioritize, andbring work to the team. Work with business partners throughout the organization to understand theirgoals and be able to translate that into work for our team.
Review, evaluate and prioritize new requests. Determine either alone or with technical resources the high-level requirementsfor each body of work Assign and balance work across teams and resources Ensure team effectiveness and drive work that has clear ROI attached to it Organize people, processes and technology related to the department
