Job Title:Manager, Digital Product
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager! This position executes the strategy, development, implementation, and continued improvement of the Carnival Cruise Line ecommerce experience across all platforms.
Improve website conversion leading multiple e-commerce initiatives from concept through deployment, post deployment assessment, optimization and support
Partner with development teams by representing marketing to deliver on roadmap
Collaborate with business executives and stakeholders to formulate short & long term strategies, build business cases that address business vision
Work cross-functionally with IT, business executives, and stakeholders to build functional and technical requirements
Ensure cross-device experience is seamless, presenting the best customer experience for our guests
Communicate channel progress and other key updates in person and in writing to key internal executive management teams and stakeholders on a regular basis
Manage vendor relationships
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Marketing preferred
5-10 years of experience managing websites. Travel industry experiences a plus.
Experience leading consumer-facing digital strategies, innovation and deployment.
Experience interfacing with a range of web site, mobile, tablet, creative design initiatives.
Experience with business and functional requirements gathering, project scope and management, meeting facilitation, briefing and presentation of strategies and vision at the executive and cross-functional levels.
Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions.
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Experience with web analytics tools (Omniture)
