KPMG is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Customer & Operations for our Management Consulting practice.
Oversee ongoing customer relationships for our key account focused on delivering personalization solutions and addressing ongoing client needs
Lead client engagements and work streams related to marketing technology, personalization and operational analysis for customer-facing services and functions
Provide oversight of highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
Identify and quantify the key factors for client success and communicate them effectively to drive retention and expansion; contribute to creating a successful client roadmap, as well as supporting efficient marketing services and messaging
Validate key performance indicators and success criteria resulting in solution or externally based ROI dashboards assuring impact validation in support of retention and growth efforts with each assigned client
Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members
A minimum of five years of system implementation consulting experience with heavy focus working with marketing technologies, with a minimum of three years of experience leading teams; management consulting experience is required
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university
Experience using the following technologies is a plus: Marketing Automation Platforms, eCommerce Platforms, Data Management Platforms, Web Content Management, Multi-Variate testing tools, Personalization Platforms
Prior experience in a digital marketing or campaign management role within industry sectors such as Financial Services and CPG with strong digital technical and analytical skills (website, mobile web and/or mobile app) and deep functional knowledge in two or more of the following areas: Marketing, Customer Experience and/or Personalization technology
Experience with web page design, marketing demand generation, user testing or ecommerce conversion rate optimization and coordinating website optimization efforts (dynamically targeted content, A/B and multivariate tests) using tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, and Visual Website Optimizer
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; travel may be up to 80 -100%
