Manager, Digital Integrations Development

Overview

The Manager of Digital Integrations Development with Crocs will manage and support the development of Digital integration systems. These integration systems are responsible for supporting Crocs' global storefront sites as well as marketplaces. The position is a management position that requires the ability to mentor and lead a small team of developers. In addition, it requires hands-on skills with analysis, planning, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining systems in .NET service applications, web services, and SQL Server databases, as well as supporting the operations team with day-to-day troubleshooting of these systems.

This person will identify and mitigate risks, calling out issues as needed. You will supervise the implementation of new features, enhancements, and repairs to meet objectives. The manager will collaborate with the ecommerce technical operations teams to hand off work for testing and deployments, as well as solving technical issues and provide timely resolution. You'll also coordinate with other related departments to ensure alignment with business goals and requirements.

The position is a full-time US based remote role that will span many time zones as well as global regions. As such, it requires not just technical skills but also a self-starter with good communication skills, time management, reliability, and organizational skills to work proficiently.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with partners across teams to analyze and plan new projects, providing both high-level and detailed estimates for technical solutions.

• Design software solutions with a solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling for MS SQL environments.

• Support projects from initial design to deployment and maintenance, applying solid experience in C# .NET, SQL, and MS SQL Server in a Windows environment.

• Build, test, and deploy Windows services, interact with RESTful APIs, and design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using modern tools and methodologies.

• Support and maintain production services, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve issues across all environments (development to production).

• Mentor and coach team members on determining root cause for problems and finding solutions.

• Create documentation offering clear guidance for deployment, testing, quality assurance, and training.

• Work in an agile environment, providing work estimates and daily updates. Regularly communicate with global collaborators and distributed teams.

• Improve onboarding processes.

• Work with external teams to continuously improve processes, testing, and deployment management.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience

• 5+ years development experience with both C# and SQL

• 2-3 years people management and mentorship experience

• Strong experience with C# /.NET, SQL / MS SQL Server, MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Management Studio

• Well versed in Azure DevOps

• Hands on work with Webservice APIs

• Familiarity with XML and JSON

• Postman, Confluence, Jira, Git comfort and knowledge

• Experience developing microservices

Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
