Reporting to VP, Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for supporting digital functional excellence and digital innovation efforts across HSI. The incumbent in this role will support efforts to drive functional strategic plan as it relates to emerging trends, technology, and customer behavior/experience. Perform data analysis of emerging opportunities, strategic input, marketplace and trends. Working closely with the VP will create processes and communications to drive a message of digital innovation and change across the enterprise.


  • Support the advancement of the Global Innovation Center to bring new products and services to market. Implements strategies that drive innovation of digital and non-digital Henry Schein's offerings.

  • Stays current with digital technology while also researching emerging technologies to develop solutions for business challenges

  • Monitor Henry Schein's presence across social media and identify any emerging platforms.

  • Ensures continual service improvement of digital and non-digital services. Recommends innovations for enhancements of these services.

  • Subject matter expert who executes strategy.

  • Develops and implements metrics.

  • Showcase best practice innovation principles and tools to enable innovative capabilities across multiple segments of business operations.

  • Collaborates with innovation leadership across Henry Schein businesses and functions.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.

  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.


  • 3 years' experience with digital strategy /marketing/technology and associated best practices.

  • MBA/MS or other relevant advanced degree(s);bachelor required

  • Deep knowledge of on-line and mobile applications.

  • Demonstrated technology background in multiple disciplines.

  • Willing to travel.

You'll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy. As part of our Learning and Development Design and Curriculum team, you'll help lead the design process for all PwC traditional classroom and technology enabled learning solutions. You'll be working with subject matter specialists, programme directors/managers and project teams to strategise effective ways to educate and train our people on industry related materials. Responsibilities As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above * Be involved in the financial management of clients * Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients * Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen * Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges * Assist in the management and delivering of large projects * Train, coach, and supervise staff * Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues * Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand Serve as the Center Of Excellence design consultant/manager to support the detailed design of programmes, both formal Network Leadership Development Program and bespoke for the key talent pool of partners Network Key Talent Pool, maximizing the impact of learning methods, digital platforms, in-person workshops and continued use of innovative learning methods such as virtual and augmented reality, etc. Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 4 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: * Demonstrating extensive understanding of PwC's business context/professional services; * Designing all modalities, traditional classroom, conferences, and technology-based learning (self-study, virtual classroom, job-aids/performance support) including the creation of storyboards for self-studies, virtual classroom and mobile learning platforms, video and podcasts production, and leveraging mobile apps to drive and steer the learning process of a learner; * Linking instructional design, evaluation, learning assessment, instructor preparation, and delivering "blended" learning solutions; * Demonstrating experience with learning technologies and the ability to suggest and leverage learning solutions matching the learning objectives of the programme modules while being tech-savvy and innovation-oriented; * Demonstrating consultation skills; * Working successfully in highly ambiguous environments; * Being a team player with thorough oral and written communication skills, and having senior presence; * Demonstrating thorough interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain collaborative relationships; * Demonstrating proven success in being part of a team of creative professionals; * Contributing to the timely completion of assigned projects to established levels of quality; * Managing multiple design projects and help align resources to establish priorities are met; * Demonstrating experience as a virtual classroom instructor is helpful and desirable; * Running ongoing learning operations, eg. delivery of virtual online (Webex) sessions, development and updates in the mobile app, and collecting and analyzing ongoing feedback from the participants and learners; and, * Working in global, international, and intercultural environments as part of a virtual team spread across several time zones thorough virtual collaboration experience and delivery to a global audience.
