WarnerMedia is one of the nation's largest media companies, with millions of customer relationships - delivering programming and original sports, news, and entertainment content to audiences globally. Currently, WarnerMedia manages the operations and delivery of our digital advertising across major markets domestically, aligned and responsible to each content vertical. In addition, our platform services group in Atlanta provides centralized support for our primary ad systems. In order to drive further efficiency and effectiveness in line with our initiatives, WarnerMedia is now recruiting a manager of operations to spearhead these activities: The Manager, Advertising Operations provides direction to the operations teams supporting our digital sales team.
This position is responsible for overseeing our digital operations initiatives.
Specifically, the Operations team provides services to our clients and revenue opportunities to sales through: campaign management, trafficking, campaign scheduling, order fulfillment, taxonomy, campaign optimization, and programmatic channels.
The Manager, Advertising Operations must be able to effectively partner and collaborate with other business divisions, including platform services, client services, yield management, and the sales leadership team.
The position requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, specifically expertise in trafficking, ad serving, & troubleshooting of creatives.
Additionally, strong interpersonal skills and communication is needed for managing across functions.
Demonstrated success in implementing effective advertising systems and operational processes.
Strong leadership characteristics and success managing across teams
Communicates effectively with all levels of employees, partners.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop effective working relationships.
Technology experience in digital operations business.
Strategic thinking skills are critical; track record of creative and innovative approaches in advertising operations services.
Thorough understanding of digital advertising and related systems.
Programmatic and campaign optimization experience.
Proficiency in mobile/App executions.
People management experience, preferred.
