Manager, Developmental & Behavioral Health Admin - Developmental Services Admin

The Division of Developmental and Behavioral Health Administration is seeking a high performing manager. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of contracts and compliance including regulatory requirements at the local, state and federal levels.

Must be knowledgeable of different reimbursement types including insurance, grants and contracts. This position leads a team of analysts to support operational needs of a large and dynamic division. This position works closely with multiple Director's and Managers serving a variety of needs across multiple locations.

Communication, organization and analytics are critical for this role. The candidate needs to be able to collaborate and also work independently on projects.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible, in coordination with the Senior Director, for business financial and administrative operations of the RCHSD Behavioral Health which includes Psychiatry (outpatient), and Developmental Services. Helps develop and implement center wide goals and objectives by managing strategic workgroups which include Financial Health, Technology, and Research initiatives.

Meets periodically with RCHSD executive leadership to review and report out on the financial and productivity metrics for all of aspects of Developmental and Behavioral Health services. Manage annual roll up of Developmental and Behavioral Health budget working directly with Accounting. Responsible for federal, state, county, and private contracts and grants, terms and budget, financial reporting and adherence to all sponsor guidelines.

Provides guidance to grant project leaders on grant budgeting and contract compliance. Produce financial forecasts as needed by department and grant. Actively participates in budget discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Works with department leaders to maximize revenue collection and accurate charge capture and billing.

Bachelor's Degree

2 Years of Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS:

Master's Degree

5 Years of Experience

The expected hiring range for this position is $50.43 to $69.35
