Work You'll Do
Offer managed services, employing programmatic approaches and analytics capabilities to improve top-line growth, lower costs, reduce response times and increase productivity for clients. Improve effectiveness and efficiency of planning, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery/logistics of clients' business processes and associated technologies to create a strategic, competitive advantage.
Identify key client business issues and needs by supplementing standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for clients in the context of overall engagements. Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that assess, identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for medium to large companies. Oversee quality of deliverables, manage teams and day-to-day client relationships to ensure exceptional delivery, and foster client relationships.
Support business development activates by participating and developing proposals for RFPs. Defining project objectives, and facilitate and gather business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews. Develop and manage project plans and associated schedules, resources and delivery using MS Project and PowerPoint.
Conduct data analysis to derive insights and recommendations using SQL, MS Access, Excel and Tableau. Perform due diligence with stakeholders and benchmark against leading industry practices to define strategic areas of opportunity using Tableau. Perform industry research using Gartner and Forrester to define leading practices and develop point of view collateral.
Develop detailed business cases using Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau to prioritize and rationalize strategic investments. Utilize supply chain frameworks and six sigma lean principles to design lean business processes using MS Visio.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, as a Senior Consultant, as a Business Analyst, or in a related occupation.
Must have five years of experience with:
Defining project objectives, and facilitating and gathering business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews;
Developing and managing project plans and associated schedules, resources and delivery using MS Project and PowerPoint;
Conducting data analysis to derive insights and recommendations using SQL, MS Access, Excel and Tableau;
Performing due diligence with stakeholders and benchmarking against leading industry practices to define strategic areas of opportunity using Tableau;
Performing industry research using Gartner and Forrester to define leading practices and develop point of view collateral;
Developing detailed business cases using Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau to prioritize and rationalize strategic investments;

In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

80% travel required.
