What You'll Do:

The Manager, Deal Enablement role is a highly visible, strategic position that collaborates with the Radial Sales and Client Success Commercial Teams to build, present and negotiate new and existing business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Renewing the existing client portfolio, as well as new customer deals

  • Manage renewal reporting to executive level stakeholders

  • Management of contractual data integrity within Salesforce and additional internal tool sets

  • Improve deal related processes and internal communication

  • Understand and anticipate customers' procurement processes

  • Maintain internal and external relationships in support of closing the sale

  • Collaborate with deal terms with leaders for all 5 of our core services: Fulfillment, Supply Chain Services, Customer Care, Payments/Tax & Fraud and Order Management/Omnichannel Technology

  • Create proposal presentation templates and best practices

  • Negotiate business terms with clients/prospects and manage redline process of term sheets

  • Ensure seamless hand off of new business and renewal terms to key internal stakeholders

  • Understand the overall ecommerce industry environment

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 3-5 year of experience of account management / sales support

  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Salesforce experience a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative, fast paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across a wide variety of roles within an account

  • High level of accountability, proven ability to take ownership and solve problems

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to operate in an ever-changing environment and work within tight deadlines
