Key Responsibilities: Drive guest satisfaction by creating memorable dining experiences and resolving issues as they arise Maximize guest check averages through strategic upselling and exceptional service Recruit, hire, and train top-tier team members who align with our values and culture Foster and maintain a strong, positive brand culture within the team Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team, ensuring optimal staffing levels Manage onboarding and training processes for new hires to ensure their success Create and maintain effective staff schedules to meet business needs and ensure a seamless service flow Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using Toast (or similar POS systems) for day-to-day operations Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere Why Join Us?
