The Manager, Database Operations is an integral role on the Revenue Operations team focused on our Data integrity. S/he will be the guardian of our prospect and customer data, ensuring integrity across the customer lifecycle. The individual will partner heavily with stakeholders across both functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Post-Sales), Revenue Operations and Finance to monitor data quality at scale, identify outliers and work to drive solutions (via improved systems and processes), The individual has in depth experience with Salesforce/analytical tools (SQL, Tableau), is detail oriented and is comfortable performing analysis at scale. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of our data integrity.

What you'll do:

  • Build analysis and processes to monitor full lifecycle of prospect & customer data at scale (10s of thousands of records with 100+ fields), including defining KPIs to measure data quality and completeness

  • Hire and Lead a team of offshore analyst(s) to add leverage in both the monitoring process & correcting incorrect entries when discovered

  • Audit randomly sampled data points to validate at-scale quality checks

  • Diagnose root cause of data issues (completeness and quality), leveraging expertise of SMEs in Functional teams, Revenue Operations and Finance

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance and IT to build new systems and processes to fix Data integrity issues

  • Present results of monitoring efforts to key stakeholders across the business to reinforce confidence in our data integrity

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of work experience working with customer data in tech companies (preferably B2B SaaS)

  • Proven track record of using analytics at scale to identify root causes and potential mitigation

  • Expert in analyzing large data sets using SQL and BI (Tableau) tools including dashboard creation

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ (Administrator a plus)

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $126,000 USD - $182,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
