Damage manager needs to review all damage documents including vehicle incident reports, vehicle damage appraisals and shop repair orders daily to insure complete and accurate information. Research vehicles listed on the damage report and enter information into the station report portal.
Must monitor instant return reps for damage collection standard work. Insure damage vehicles are moved to the damage appraiser in a timely manner. Follow up with customers via telephone and email to insure claims for damage are processed.
