The Customer Support Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Product Support team to effectively address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Your role will involve coordinating with various internal departments, particularly Technical Publications, to meet customer requirements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the product support team and drive customer issues to close
- Ensure the product support team is customer-focused with on time delivery of support
- Coordinate with Technical Publications to ensure customer requirements are met
- Provide employees direction and work scope prioritization
- Lead and/or participate in Customer Support calls and face-to-face meetings
- Assist the Customer Operations organization in developing policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience working in Technical Support within the Aerospace industry
- 3+ years of experience working in a Management role
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Experience with leading and participating in customer meetings
- Basic knowledge of budgetary process
- IFE/avionics experience
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $104,000 to 133,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
