Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include the execution of critical strategic Supply Chain initiatives and the development of supply chain management policies, processes, procedures and Supply Chain Management principals. This position will lead a team of Supply Chain Analysts and leverage Supply Chain expertise to provide a competitive advantage to the customer through improved internal and external supply chain processes. A detailed understanding of the direct and indirect interactions between Supply Chain Management and all other business units is necessary. This position requires deep Customer Supply Chain understanding, results driven approach, and the ability to operate autonomously. Ideal candidate possesses 7-10 years Supply Chain experience (Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Service, Demand Planning. Supply Chain Management preferred) and 3-5yrs demonstrated ability to lead people.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Team of Supply Chain Analysts (3) responsible for Replenishment and Forecasting

  • Serve as Supply Chain Liaison between TreeHouse Foods and national retailers

  • Drive TreeHouse Foods supply chain agenda with strategic customers

  • Manages and facilitates the flow of information

  • Develops supply chain processes and systems that drive value for customer and TreeHouse

  • Manage inventories, requirements, contracts to ensure management functions receive information, requirement forecasts, and data

  • Manages the Supplier/Replenishment relationship including performance tracking/improvement and provides key development assistance

  • Analysis of unsalable variance and logistical deductions fees

  • Provide leadership to mobilize cross-functional resources as required to address Supply Chain opportunities

  • Provide leadership and resolution to TreeHouse Foods and customers on Supply Chain issues

  • Perform periodic Supply Chain business reviews with customers

  • Support TreeHouse Foods sales team execution of initiatives and business plans

  • Lead/facilitate demand planning activities associated with major events, transitions, new and discontinued items

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in business, logistics or finance required

  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Experience leading On-Time & In-Full (OTIF) Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Must possess analytical skills, problem solving skills and the ability to handle stress well

  • Demonstrated capability with MS Office (Excel), SAP/BI, PowerBI, Data Management, and Retail Link
