The Customer Operations Manager leads the call center team to increase member satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to members, provider, brokers and groups through a fully integrated organization staffed by knowledgeable, customer-focused professionals supported by exemplary technologies and processes. Maintains oversight of call center functions and activities and implements procedures that assures a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with plan policy and procedures.

5 years related experience can be in healthcare or customer call center management. Applicants who do not have their Bachelor's Degree will be required to sign a Bachelor's Degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their Bachelor's Degree within 5 years of hire.
