Manager, Customer Insights And Analytics

Salary Range: $107,565.00 - $161,348.00

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Consumer Insights & Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives across all our brands. Reporting to our senior-level Director, this role will play a crucial part in establishing and expanding our core research competency.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies to uncover consumer insights and market trends for all brands within the company.

• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and actionable insights, tailored for executive-level management.

• Interact closely with Marketing, Product Management, Product Development/Engineering, and Sales to integrate consumer insights into business strategies, product planning, and decision-making processes.

• Lead efforts to gather and analyze data on market trends and size, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and brand perception to inform strategic planning and go-to-market strategies.

• Conduct in-depth consumer and branding studies to understand target audience preferences, attitudes, and behaviors, and provide recommendations for brand positioning and messaging.

• Manage new product research initiatives, including concept testing, feature prioritization, and pricing studies, to support product development and innovation efforts.

• Partner with external research vendors as needed to supplement internal capabilities and expand research capabilities.

• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consumer research and analytics, and proactively recommend new methodologies and approaches to enhance our research capabilities.

• Provide leadership and direction for Market Research Analyst.

Qualifications, Skills and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field; master's degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or analytics roles.

• Proven track record of designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable insights.

• Strong proficiency in research methodologies, survey design, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qualtrics, etc).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for executive-level audiences.

• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of influencing and driving change across cross-functional teams.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing direct reports.

• Passion for consumer behavior, market dynamics, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
