Purpose:

~To support positive results by contributing to the Overall Customer Experience Operation's main function of establishment of short/mid/long-term strategy for Dealer Channel, Customer Satisfaction(CSI, SSI), Training etc. by collaborating with the North American subsidiaries and HMC.

Major Responsibilities:

~ Support to implement the strategy and tactics to ensure an excellent Future Retail Strategy, Dealer Sales and Service Operation, Customer Service by collaborating with the North American Subsidiaries' related organization and HMC

~ Support in the development and execution of all strategic initiatives within Future Retail Strategy (Sales and After Sales) and development of guidelines, formats, processes, tracking of initiatives, enabling best practice sharing, etc.

~ Collect to report Subsidiaries' Performance related with Customer Experience Operation such as CSI, SSI, Dealer Performance Evaluation including Overall Service Operation including warranty, quality and technical operation

~ Operate Subsidiaries Customer Experience Operation Committee

~ Support Subsidiaries' Sales, Non-Technical Training Operation by collaborating with HMC and whole necessary resource

~ Support to make synergy effect for North American Subsidiaries' Overall Customer Experience Operation by collaborating with HMC

~ Share and support to implement Subsidiaries' Best Practices to the other subsidiaries

Authority:

~ Budget Review for Annual Budgeting of Subsidiaries related with CX Operation.

~ Collaborate with Purchasing to source & manage vendors who provide services related to the sub-division.

Education:

~ Must be a high school graduate

~ Bachelor's degree required

~ Master's degree a plus

Related Experience:

~ Eight or more years of experience of which at least five years of directly related experience in automotive/ automotive-related with focus on quantitative and competitive analyses.

~ Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.

~ Experienced in managing large financial budgets.

~ Excellent operations management skills, with working knowledge of C&I activities a plus.

Skill / Knowledge:

~ Experienced in managing teams to work well under pressure and complete tasks in a fast paced environment.

~ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to structure presentations for senior management.

~ Excellent analytical skills, with detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Physical Requirements:

~ Normal office duties

~ Must be able to travel occasionally

About the Position: The Manager Customer Support is responsible for providing quality leadership to a team of Customer Service Analysts in the Fountain Valley COE of the Customer Service & Delivery operational HR/Payroll unit, by providing world class Service Excellence to ensure retention and growth of our employees, and customer base. Responsibilities: * Provides leadership, coaching, monitoring and support to the Customer Service Analysts (CSAs) * Provide positive and constructive feedback to employees while placing emphasis on continuous improvements and ownership on the part of the employees * Ensure clients are provided with the best service by managing, directing, and developing a team that is focused on World-class service and committed to successfully achieving the Customer Care Organization's objectives. * Ensures achievement of service level and customer satisfaction goals/objectives and metrics as agreed to within the Customer Care Organization * Set Performance Management objectives and expectations, observe and track performance, provide performance feedback to employees and manage performance * Conducts Quality Monitoring with random selected calls by listening to and evaluating calls, record and provide constructive feedback to CSAs * Works in concert with the Service Effectiveness team to plan and schedule resources * Partners with the Director to budget and control costs * Recruit and retain staff * Involved in resolution of difficult client escalation issues * May be involved in cross-functional projects within the organization * Required to work additional hours during busy periods, non-standard business hours and adhere to PDO blackouts as required by the HR/PR Customer Care business unit. May be required to be on call during non-standard business hours. Minimum travel. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. * 2+ years of progressive supervisory/management experience with at least 1 year in a call center environment. * Experience in the area of payroll, tax, time & attendance and/or human resources is required. * Experience working in a call center environment required. * Demonstrated ability in successful problem solving and management of multiple tasks required. * Strong leadership skills including ability to lead by example and be a change agent. * Ability to provide current, direct, complete positive and corrective feedback to others. * Can effectively cope with change, can shift gears comfortable, can decide and act without having the total picture, can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty. * Demonstrated ability to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and committed to providing World-class service. * Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work with multiple organizations. * Ability to manage resources in multiple locations.
