The Manager, Customer Acquisition is responsible for Reliant Small Commercial Acquisition Campaigning and Innovation. Leads campaign development and campaign tactical enhancement and development of new acquisition possibilities. Identifies opportunities and recommends courses of action that drive ERCOT small commercial customer count and quality.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for full pricing development, post-COGs determination, and campaign pricing recommendations that achieve campaign margin and count goals. Pricing to be analyzed by TDSP, value segment, and channel, in alignment with acquisition strategy. Reviews and gains buy-in from Channel teams on pricing approaches, in advance of ultimate recommendation and approval.

  • Responsible for cross-functional campaign development post-pricing approval, including offer creation, development milestone management, and channel launch coordination. Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and communication of annual campaign development calendar.

  • Identifies and assesses "next generation" acquisition opportunities, leading new efforts that ultimately receive approval.

  • Incorporates campaign analytics into future or intra-campaign pricing recommendations, working with the Marketing Analytics, Channel Management, and Campaign Operations teams.

  • Recommends tests for further market learning, particularly around price elasticity. Identifies performance trends and opportunities, and recommends courses of action with supporting quantification.

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required. Advanced degree in business, marketing, or statistics/mathematics preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years of pricing experience in consumer services or the energy/electricity sector desired.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Extensive ability with Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Macro creation and editing, conditional formatting, revision tracking, trendline and scenario development, and importing and exporting data experience is required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Capable of working independently and on a team; flexibility to work in fast-paced, lean environment; effective at managing multiple issues simultaneously; able to adapt quickly to new situations.

  • High integrity, energy, enthusiasm and tenacity.

  • Skill in managing complex projects, multiple programs simultaneously.

  • Ability to generate new ideas and approaches that create opportunity.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment

  • Limited travel may be required

  • Some overtime required as special projects arise

Position Summary * Manage day-to-day operations related to a particularproject * Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status,scheduling, and planning * Manage schedule of Site Acquisition deliverables * Supervise the site acquisition and land use planning staffprogress relative to assigned projects * Provide direction and guidance to Site Acquisition andZoning Specialists as well as conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with projectstaff to review individual site progress * Manage site selection from a Real Estate viewpoint whilecoordinating with the Design, Zoning, RF Engineering and ConstructionManagement Teams * Assist in the development of master real estate agreementsincluding Lease Documents, Option Agreements and Letters of Authorization * Oversee the finding of suitable site candidates, reviewpreliminary site documentation, review negotiated terms of the standard leaseor option agreement with property owner, report the negotiation issues to theclient, review letter of explanation describing every deal point forcompleteness * Coordinate with other managers, consultants andcontractors on project to ensure quality performance * Travel to sites and work in client designated areas asrequired * Attend project and deployment meetings * Oversee project financials, including managing billing andreceivable process * Build and maintain superior client relations * Ensure project team is using Jacobs and client reports,accounting systems, and other administrative work accurately and on schedule * Build a positive, committed team Jacobs Telecommunication has been at the forefront of creating a newgeneration of wireless communication infrastructure for over 40 years.
