The Manager, Customer Acquisition is responsible for Reliant Small Commercial Acquisition Campaigning and Innovation. Leads campaign development and campaign tactical enhancement and development of new acquisition possibilities. Identifies opportunities and recommends courses of action that drive ERCOT small commercial customer count and quality.
Accountable for full pricing development, post-COGs determination, and campaign pricing recommendations that achieve campaign margin and count goals. Pricing to be analyzed by TDSP, value segment, and channel, in alignment with acquisition strategy. Reviews and gains buy-in from Channel teams on pricing approaches, in advance of ultimate recommendation and approval.
Responsible for cross-functional campaign development post-pricing approval, including offer creation, development milestone management, and channel launch coordination. Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and communication of annual campaign development calendar.
Identifies and assesses "next generation" acquisition opportunities, leading new efforts that ultimately receive approval.
Incorporates campaign analytics into future or intra-campaign pricing recommendations, working with the Marketing Analytics, Channel Management, and Campaign Operations teams.
Recommends tests for further market learning, particularly around price elasticity. Identifies performance trends and opportunities, and recommends courses of action with supporting quantification.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required. Advanced degree in business, marketing, or statistics/mathematics preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years of pricing experience in consumer services or the energy/electricity sector desired.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive ability with Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Macro creation and editing, conditional formatting, revision tracking, trendline and scenario development, and importing and exporting data experience is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Capable of working independently and on a team; flexibility to work in fast-paced, lean environment; effective at managing multiple issues simultaneously; able to adapt quickly to new situations.
