SALARY/RANK: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a Master's Degree in Counseling; licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a Professional Counselor; and a minimum of five years of clinical experience in the last 10 years.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University's Mission, and a demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her professional responsibilities, relationships and the mentoring of students.

RESPONSIBILITIES: A successful candidate will provide oversight, management, and supervision within the general operations of the CTC, including: overseeing all aspects of the Counseling Training Clinic following the CTC and University mission; providing on-site direct supervision of counseling students who are providing clinical services in the CTC; screening all intakes to determine if the individuals seeking services at the CTC meet the minimal clinical and agency standards before assigning clients to counseling interns or practicum students; managing all clinical data and monitoring compliance with established policies and procedures of the CTC; monitoring compliance of all policies and procedures by training clinic staff and students; providing summary reports of clinical activities to clinical coordinator. Some travel may be required for outreach activities within the Southwestern PA.
