About The Role

The Manager, CRM is a key and valued member of the Corporate Global CRM team. We are looking for an individual who is a strategist at heart, with passion for stakeholder-centric, data-driven marketing strategies and an eye for flawless execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of CRM, including acquisition, loyalty, relationship marketing and pipeline management. The Manager, CRM sits on the Global CRM team and is responsible for the day-to-day execution of CRM strategy and deliverables for the Corporate Finance & Restructuring business segment.

This role will be closely involved with the strategic planning and implementation of a sales enablement strategy and program. This will include defining and implementing best-practices and procedures within the CRM that will support Corporate Finance & Restructuring's go-to-market strategy. The individual will have an eye for detail, have strength in management, training and adoption of CRM technologies, and possess an innovative approach to problem-solving and enhancing integrated marketing capabilities.

As a member of the global CRM team, this role serves as a liaison between the CRM and Knowledge Management functions within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring business segment. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with internal stakeholders within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring business segment, to identify and solve complex challenges. The role offers the opportunity to be part of a global team and offer solutions that will add value to the business. The candidate will need to be an agile and tenacious individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

This role will work closely with the VP of Knowledge Management for the Corporate Finance & Restructuring business, as well as the Global CRM team. It will report to the Director of CRM, with a dotted line into the VP of Knowledge Management in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop, execute, optimize and maintain the processes and procedures within the CRM that will support Corporate Finance & Restructuring's CRM strategy and priorities

  • Oversee daily operations and business processes/procedures and conduct quality control activities for the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment CRM data globally

  • Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and client relationships to generate revenue for the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment globally

  • Coordinate and collaborate with global CRM and Conflict Management teams to institute CRM best practices across the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment globally

  • Develop onboarding and ongoing training collateral and courses for Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment users to raise awareness of the system and increase adoption and engagement

  • Maintain regular check-ins with Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment leadership on the topic of pipeline management and demonstrate best practices to support to business development

  • Generate pipeline reporting and market intelligence, coordinating with the Corporate Finance & Restructuring Finance team where necessary, proactively and in response to ad hoc requests from stakeholders

  • Support Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment on large/global, cross-segment campaigns by providing expertise ranging from lead generation and campaign execution to business development and reporting

  • Support the integration of CRM data into internal and external sources (e.g., email marketing, subscription preferences, website data, event data) to ensure accurate and updated client and business performance data

  • Partner with the VP of Knowledge Management in Corporate Finance & Restructuring to establish KPIs, measurement, reporting and insights plans

  • Serve as Corporate Finance & Restructuring's point of contact for troubleshooting on the CRM platform and gather and relay feedback to continuously improve Corporate Finance & Restructuring CRM user experience and business processes

  • Play a lead role and execute data cleanup, migration and governance projects to ensure high-quality data

  • Research and analyze CRM data to build a comprehensive view of the Firm's touchpoints with contacts (e.g., clients, prospects, referrals, etc.)

  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities to drive business activity and CRM strategy

  • Stay abreast of the latest industry developments in CRM to provide business analysis and recommendations on the future state of CRM processes and procedures

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or closely related field

  • 6+ years of post-graduate professional CRM experience

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of post-graduate professional work experience in a Salesforce Systems Administrator role

  • A solid understanding of managing CRM strategy with 3+ years of CRM planning and excellent working knowledge of MS Office

  • Technical expertise on the full suite of CRM capabilities, including platforms integrated with the system to support the needs for knowledge management, marketing operations and activities

  • Experience in an analytical, marketing, client development or business development role strongly preferred, with experience using Salesforce.com, Thomson Reuters, InterAction, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, MergerMarket, BoardEx, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar databases

  • Experience of communicating and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders on complex projects with strong organizational, time management, and communication/presentation skills

  • Collaborative team player with management skills and the ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
