Job Description
Your Role
The Manager, FP&A will be responsible for supporting the office of the CFO by providing consolidated IVZ financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and decision support. Developing and maintaining successful relationships within FP&A teams and with key business partners is critical to success. In addition, this position will be actively involved in the annual planning process and monthly management reporting for C-suite
You Will Be Responsible For:
Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and relevancy of standard reports distributed to the Global Head of Corporate Finance, Global Accounting and M&A teams, Head of Investor Relations, and CFO
Analyze monthly financial (revenue, expenses and below operating income) firm-wide, regional, and functional financial results and relevant trends to identify and understand risks to achieving financial objectives
Work closely with accounting and FP&A teams to understand risks and opportunities that can be incorporated into the monthly forecast
Identify areas of possible revenue opportunities and/or potential cost savings to incorporate into the business' financial plan and forecast
Create / maintain, interpret, and deliver management reporting in the form of presentations, performance dashboards, and other visual tools for business leaders, including senior executives
Improve and restructure existing processes to achieve synergies and efficiencies across the organization
Various ad-hoc requests as required
The Experience You Bring:
BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative discipline
MBA is a plus
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Hyperion Planning is a plus
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with Senior Management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment across functions and geographic locations
Quick learner and excellent work ethics
Self-starter - excellent time management and organizational skills
Multi-task oriented in a flexible and high-pressure environment
