This position is for an experienced contracts professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in contracts administration. Electric Power Systems Contracts is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team, working in a hands-on, collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft, interpret, & manage contract documents in support of Contracts & the Business Unit

  • Adhere to Import / Export Compliance Requirements

  • Ensure coordination with the Customer program team

  • Proposal preparation, negotiations, contract administration and contract activities to ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment are in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

  • Participate in the review and negotiation terms and conditions of customer agreements.

  • Manage Customer demand scheduling and purchase order fulfillment, coordinate demand effort with Program and Operations teams

  • Manage financial and operational impacts to the Business Unit

  • Accounts Receivable management

  • Risk mitigation and management

  • Adhere to and comply with Standard work processes, driving significant improvements to processes to enhance department performance and effectiveness.

  • Maintain and organize Contracts Audit Artifacts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Disseminate (flowdown) Customer contractual requirements within the organization

  • Liaison between internal and external customers

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR
  • Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR

  • Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must be a US Person including green card holders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • SAP experience
