The Manager, Consumer Incentive Programs is primarily responsible developing, monitoring and maintaining sales and incentive support systems and processes. This position is also responsible for the payment of incentives and monitoring the quality of all sales and service interactions for Consumer Banking, Branch Business Banking and ExpressBank as tracked by these systems.

Manages the quality assurance process for Consumer Banking, Branch Business Banking and ExpressBank. Including the ongoing monitoring of sales and quality service issues by applying the established rules and guidelines and interfacing with Senior leadership and HR for proper documentation and remediation.

Runs the monthly Quality Assurance meeting and supports relevant investigations by Consumer Operations with data and reports. Interfaces with the Complaint Management System for remediation of client complaints. Implements and manages guidelines from the OCC and CFPB as they relate to Compliance Management Systems (CMS). Manages requests for information from internal and external compliance groups in support of client remediation issues and system/process audits.

Performs and documents assigned sales audit/compliance control reviews; performs and conducts internal analysis and reviews of sales production. Includes analysis of client satisfaction, complaint tracking and defects. Identifies sales audit issues, exceptions and patterns, partners with senior management and manages the resolution process, and formally documents audit findings

Plans, develops, implements and maintains complex incentive systems and procedures for Consumer Banking, Branch Business Banking and ExpressBank. Including but not limited to the calculation and payment of monthly, quarterly and annual incentives for over 800 Consumer Banking, Branch Business Banking and ExpressBank employees. Also responsible for establishing and maintaining the rules and guidelines against which all sales and service activities are evaluated. Diagnose and remediate problems, perform root cause analysis, assists in Line of Business annual planning and estimating.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Strong SQL skills
Proficient knowledge of fraud processes, industry trends, and risk prevention methods.
Thorough knowledge of Consumer Banking, including regulations, financial products, operations and the delivery of products and services.
Working knowledge of relational databases
In-depth knowledge of project management methodology (basic framework, phases, artifacts, process, and project funding), resource management practices and change management techniques
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong aptitude to collect and analyze information and make appropriate recommendations to senior leaders in a timely fashion
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience with strategy creation/problem solving abilities
Ability to create various complex SQL scripts to render comprehensive, in depth analysis
Advanced PC skills including Word and Excel
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Technology/Science, or a related field and 8 10 years experience in managing sales, incentive and quality assurance processes; or minimum of 12 14 years of work related experience.

The Consumer Learning and Development Project ManagerThe Consumer Learning and Development Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Consumer division by working with business leaders to improve employee performance through performance analysis and cause analysis resulting in the development of a training solution. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assess training needs based on business needs and requirements, identify intended audiences, perform task analyses, define learning objectives, create training rollout schedule, and develop evaluation strategies. Serve as project lead for development of training materials for new products, performance gaps, process changes, and any change management needs. Design high-quality impactful training materials, such as manuals, exercises, videos, job aids, and eLearning modules. * Functions as Consumer line of business subject matter expert supporting delivery applications and teller system (i.e. TouchPoint); works with IT business analysts for problem-solving and future enhancement design and development. Functions as Consumer line of business subject matter expert supporting various regulatory acts and requirements (i.e. Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Currency Reporting Requirements, etc); works with Compliance staff to ensure delivery applications support compliance requirements; distributes and tracks completion of required compliance training courses. * Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with product managers, consumer division sales leaders, consumer division operations leaders, and ExpressBank leaders. * Coordinate learning activities with field-based and call center trainers and conduct train-the-trainer activities. * Manages the Learning Management System to ensure training content is properly loaded, sequenced, monitored, and reported.
