This opportunity is available in Orlando, FL.

The Manager, Compensation and People Analytics, will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of Loews Hotels' Compensation philosophy, and as serve as the primary subject matter expert for People Analytics information. This role will influence and manage a broad range of functional areas within the Human Resources division including but not limited to: Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, HRMS optimization, analytics, insights, compliance, and project management.

  • Act as the primary Human Resources contact for Home Office and Field Compensation compliance, support, and guidance

  • Assists in implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to respond to the company's goals and competitive practices.

  • Takes an active subject matter expert role in the continued system optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management system.

  • Conducts job evaluations, benchmarking against relevant data, to ensure market-competitive and internally equitable total compensation levels are established

  • Provides advice to Home Office and Field stakeholders on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, as well as job evaluations, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation related programs

  • Selects compensation (exempt and non-exempt salary) surveys for participation and tools that maximize return

  • Proactively reviews market data to identify compensation trends, best practices, and develops strategies to support employer of choice initiatives.

  • Contributes to pay equity review and initiative

  • Contributes to the design, modeling, and administration of market-competitive incentive programs that drive achievement of company objectives

  • Assists with review of hourly wage reviews to ensure hourly wages are market-competitive.

  • Partners with VP, Compensation & Workday Optimization, on maximizing system capabilities including but not limited to HR analytics, trend analysis, insights, reporting, performance optimization and process effectiveness.

  • Provides company leaders with People Analytics tools and dashboards to manage teams effectively, control costs, and make strategic business decisions that add value

  • Analyzes people analytics data in effort to discover organizational insights for increased organizational effectiveness.

  • Design and deliver all Compensation/Reporting/Dashboard user guides and training materials

  • Responsible for delivering intuitive, engaging, and effective HRMS self-service and manager self-service experiences for the following functions: Merit Awarding, Incentive Administration/Awarding, informative dashboards, Talent Management, and Total Compensation Statements

  • Responsible for leveraging HR technology to automate accurate compensation survey submissions and ensuring that the Workday system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.

  • Constantly seeks to leverage HR technology to advance processes that maximize efficiency and accuracy and minimize exposure

  • Act as a project manager for other Human Resources division initiatives as assigned

  • Completes other duties and projects as assigned by Human Resources leadership

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a Human Resources, Business Management, correlated discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Preferably in a corporate environment or hospitality/service-focused discipline.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a modern Human Capital Management system platform and leverage data to achieve business results.

  • Superior analytical skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel

  • Thorough knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures as well as considerable knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources matters.

  • Ability to prepare correspondence as well as provide clear and meaningful instructions, guidance and counseling to leaders and team members.

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands

  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
