Oversee and conduct market pricing - including submission of compensation surveys and evaluation of market competitiveness. Build and maintain market-based salary structure for US population.
Participates in projects in support of HR initiatives, partnering with management and the HR team to achieve results
Working in conjunction with HR generalist and line managers ensure job descriptions are maintained and reflect appropriate title, level, job content including scope. Also responsible for maintaining job description database.
Partners with and acts as internal consultant to management and HR on a variety of compensation related matters including base pay, annual incentive, recognition rewards, market pricing, and other compensation related policies, programs, and strategies.
Act as project manager and Subject Matter Expert for annual performance management and salary planning processes including support of all software applications used within the processes.
Establishes and maintains compensation guidelines, policies, and procedures
Provides compensation training for HR Managers/Generalists and Managers
