  • Manager, Compensation develops, implements, and administers compensation programs - base salary and short term incentives plans (US and International) and is responsible for the technology to support these programs. This role also provide provides compensation counsel to HR and management - to attract, motivate, and retain talent.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee and conduct market pricing - including submission of compensation surveys and evaluation of market competitiveness. Build and maintain market-based salary structure for US population.

  • Participates in projects in support of HR initiatives, partnering with management and the HR team to achieve results

  • Working in conjunction with HR generalist and line managers ensure job descriptions are maintained and reflect appropriate title, level, job content including scope. Also responsible for maintaining job description database.

  • Partners with and acts as internal consultant to management and HR on a variety of compensation related matters including base pay, annual incentive, recognition rewards, market pricing, and other compensation related policies, programs, and strategies.

  • Act as project manager and Subject Matter Expert for annual performance management and salary planning processes including support of all software applications used within the processes.

  • Establishes and maintains compensation guidelines, policies, and procedures

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) - Required

  • Master Degree (MS/MA) - Preferred

The Director, Global Sales Incentive Compensation will be a member of the Total Rewards team reporting to the VP, Total Rewards and will be responsible for designing and recommending sales incentive plans globally, and partnering with the Sales Ops team on the implementation and maintenance of these plans. Responsibilities include analysis, design, and creation of sales incentive plans. This includes creating analytics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of these plans, and partnering with the Sales Ops team to keep our executive team up to date on trends and findings to support recommendations for plan updates. Will act as an internal consultant to leadership and must be collaborative and demonstrate ability to build consensus.
