Manager [Community/Employee Health & Wellness]

SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the operations of the Employee/Occupational Health program.

Oversees the delivery of Employee/Occupational Health Services in order to ensure compliance with specified regulatory requirements. Acts as a liaison from the organization to work with local, state and/or other entities to develop, implement and/or sustain community/population health initiatives. Oversees the Workers# Compensation and Employee/Community Wellness Programs. # Required Education/Training:

BSN Required Experience: Minimum (5) years Employee/Occupational Health Nurse experience Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of MO; Healthcare Provider BLS Preferred Education/Training:

Master#s Degree (Healthcare or Public Health) Preferred Experience: Recent Employee/Occupational Health Nurse experience in a healthcare setting with extensive knowledge of Missouri Worker#s Compensation; strong familiarity and/or experience with community/population health Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN); Advanced Public Health Nursing-Board Certified (APHN-BC) # #
