IMG College Licensing is focused on licensing administration, brand protection, trademark infringement, etc.


  • Develop content, ensure timely/consistent delivery, proof editorial, and assist in the production of internal communications vehicles as needed for IMG College Licensing (IMGCL), an affiliate of IMG College. Coordinate with other divisions in IMGCL, licensees, retailers, and partner institutions as needed to gather information and produce materials.

  • Assist in the creation of templates for the production of client annual reports and industry snapshots, as well as other department resources, as needed.

  • Create IMGCL RFP responses for new business and client retention and work to consistently evolve look and messaging.

  • Work with account teams to manage the process and create presentations for new business, business retention, and client business reviews with constantly evolving messaging.

  • Manage, organize, and continuously update a presentation PowerPoint slide menu for use by department staff members.

  • Assist with logistical/event planning of IMGCL's Annual Licensing Directors' Seminar.

  • Assist in the coordination of tasks associated with client transitions.

  • Provide general support/coordination on various tasks for the Partner Communications and Partner Services Department as needed.


  • Excellent written and oral communication, client service, and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • 3-5 years of experience in a communications or PR role, preferably in higher education, sports, or licensing industries

  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint software, proficient with Mac OS platform

  • Solid understanding of communications strategies necessary, including emerging technologies and social/non-traditional media

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • 4-year degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or similar field preferred
