Mast Global is seeking a Manager to lead a team responsible for commercialization projects supporting the successful launch of new products for the Bath & Body Works Accessory & Gifting and PINK Accessory portfolios. This position is located in Columbus, Ohio.
Leads a team of Project Managers and Project Planners to achieve successful product launches across multiple brands and product categories. Develops executive overviews to provide Mast & Brand leadership visibility to critical milestones, timing, resources, aggregate cost management, and areas of risk across their respective product launch portfolio. Focuses on development/ management of talent within immediate team and the Enterprise as a whole. Main point-of-contact for managing relationships with merchants & cross-functional leaders.
Lead the development of Commercialization Project plans within a portfolio of sub-brands
Supports and influences weekly project team & leadership meetings
Supports ad-hoc cross functional meetings for issue resolution
Ensure timing, budgets, risks, target costs are established for project portfolio
End to End project management execution for all global launches
Ensure executive approvals are obtained
Supports completion of project hindsight's
Able to facilitate difficult conversations with cross functional partners
Knowledgeable in the end-to-end Commercialization process - All products, all channels
Proactive management of potential issues and drive to resolution with cross functional teams
End to End portfolio leadership including pre-development

Package presentations for Commercialization approvals with executives

Experts in managing overall complexity efficiently while achieving speed
Manage team of full-time direct reports; as well as contractors and interns as needed
Manage the full life cycle of talent initiatives including the recruiting, onboarding and retention of team members with emphasis on the following:
Performance management of direct reports, responsible for providing development, coaching & feedback

Thought partner and implementation of Success Planning & Talent Calibrations

8-10 years of Project Management experience handling multiple projects of different scope and complexity.
Strong communication skills
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges with ability to influence the business at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results.
Ability to build and foster strong trusted advisor relationships
Ability to present to leaders both formally and informally
MS Office - proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
SAP experience preferred
Previous management or direct reports a plus
