Position Summary
Are you interested in spirits, commercial and driving results? We are hiring! The Spirits Team is expanding with the addition of a Commercial Enablement Manager to support our global Spirits operations and International Commercial business. As a member of the Spirits team, you'll have an inherent bias towards sales, action, the ability to bring multiple stakeholders together with shared alignment and drive workstreams to completion. This role will provide an opportunity to work on both large- and small-scale initiatives that lead business strategy transformation and operational execution.

General Responsibilities
Commercial Enablement- Spirits Route-to-Consumer- 70%
Work closely with all commercial spirits teams- On/Off Premise, National Accounts, Key Accounts and International to ensure we have our world class brands represented with the correct marketing tools and resources.
Identify marketing tool gaps and work with marketing to ensure we have assets and tools necessary for the commercialization of our brands
Route-to-Consumer Alignment: Ensure that we have the correct product in the correct markets and optimize CBI's marketing and sales efforts
Marketplace Assessment: Communicate insights from the commercial team to brand and leadership. Understand industry dynamics and landscape - identifying consumer trends, competitive activity, channel adjustments, and customer evolution.
Omni-Channel Ecommerce Strategy
Project Management- 20%
Collaborate with executives across all key functions inclusive of: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and external distributor/broker partners on special projects. Examples include- Project Evolution (New MX Distillery) and AT RISK Sales Project and Spirits Run and Refine Meetings
Work on strategic projects that create consistency amount our spirits sites. Manage those projects - including leading workstream meetings, developing timelines, collection of inputs, updates on workstream progress and actionable recommendations
Own the projects and their successful delivery on time and with the correct deliverables
Organize cross-functional input (i.e.: finance, operations, quality, procurement, marketing) for projects and prepares for and runs meetings as required
Maintains relationships and act as the "activist" role in overcoming obstacles and keeping projects progressing to completion.
Identify process improvements and be the champion on execution of processes across various teams.
Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, agenda, follow-up notes, risk profiles and supply cross-functional tasks.
Communicate project status and milestones to key partners and ensure teams are accountable to complete tasks at hand.

Minimum Qualifications
Beverage industry experience and understanding of complex 3-tier beverage-alcohol system

Ability to support multiple projects concurrently and prioritize projects along with ongoing ad-hoc requests and/or initiatives.
Successful in navigating change, solving problems, and consulting with cross-functional business partners.
Demonstrated top notch organization skills, and confirmed ability to guide processes, while developing creative solutions to meet changing business needs.
Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
Ability to solve top-level organizational issues and set strategic direction
Ability to clearly communicate complex issues and solutions at the executive level
Presentation design, construction & delivery skills
Analytical problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Physical Requirements: Requires the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. It also requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other equipment, reading, talking and hearing for extended periods of time.
Travel Required: <10% with some international travel. Passport required.

The salary range for this role is:
$112,600.00 - $176,100.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
