The Manager of Clinical Process Improvement is responsible for leading specialists in the creation and maintenance of Clinical Process Models (CPMs) to support improved clinical outcomes for key processes within the WakeMed Health & Hospitals system. The Manager will lead by example in the practice of CPM development and will also coach direct reports and other staff in the practice. This position, along with others, is responsible for supporting organizational strategic goals and objectives to improve performance in each of the aspirational goal categories. Support is provided by identifying opportunities for improvement, managing and leading significant cross-departmental projects, teaching, coaching, and mentoring individuals and project teams as appropriate using the tenets and behaviors of WW2E.
