TriStar Summit is a 200-bed comprehensive healthcare facility based in Hermitage, TN that has been proudly serving the surrounding areas for more than 20 years. Provides pharmaceutical care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy through the provision of clinical pharmacy services.
Deliver pharmaceutical care services by monitoring and intervening in therapeutics to provide optimum outcomes in a cost effective manner.
Provide informational services to the departments outside the Pharmacy; train, develop, and monitor staff pharmacists.
Serves as an information source for staff regarding use and effects of medications.
Manages the Pharmacy & Therapeutics and Medication Safety Committees.

Licensed Tennessee Pharmacist
