Key Responsibilities

MediaMath seeks a thoughtful, high-impact contributor with exceptional analytical, communication, program management, and client management skills to join our Client Services team! The Client Services (CS) team serves as the primary point of contact for service delivery across Professional Services, as well as the main conduit back into the Accounts team on sales. They diagnose and coordinate with necessary MediaMath resources in order to achieve the client's goals. In partnership with the CS Director, the Client Services Manager contributes to the execution of programmatic campaigns and evolution of strategic/technical roadmaps for high-value clients. You must possess the ability to develop and deepen relationships with both operational and executive-level contacts.

You will:

  • Support Manager/Director in owning and developing strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders at all levels

  • Project manage client onboarding and implementation process including product, channel and partner activation, campaign launches, SDGs, and ad-hoc projects

  • Coordinate resource management and allocation and control activities across Professional Services teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on budget

  • Serve as the main point of contact for delivery and activation questions from the client and issue resolution as needed. (i.e. communication and expectation setting, raising tickets)

  • Help facilitate change management between self and managed service

  • Understand and communicate relevant new products, features, and capabilities as they become available and ensure successful deployment and activation with your clients

  • Creating and streamlining processes and workflow

  • Creating client staffing plans across Sales and Professional Services

  • Client Training (facilitating educational programs)

You are:

  • An experienced with managing enterprise level clients, dealing with key stakeholders and focused on account retention and growth

  • Experienced in online advertising account management, marketing consulting and/or brand management or yield optimization

You have:

  • A Bachelor's degree; (Preferably in quantitative discipline Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, etc.)

  • 3-5 years experience working within the Programmatic industry specifically within a client services team

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills. Must be comfortable with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.

Our Client Services team works strategically to optimize partner performance in real-time, focusing on implementation, campaign setup, tags, trafficking, optimization, QA, troubleshooting, and product input. What you'll do: * Manage the day-to-day relationships with our strategic advertiser and agency accounts,serving as the primary point of contact for daily campaign performance * Maintain expert knowledge of our platform features and capabilities to promote increased adoption and loyalty of usage * Manage a team of CSM's, focusing on coaching, client conflict resolutions, process, and strategic communication * Review and evaluate client campaign performance metrics, and provide optimization recommendations to effectively improve campaign performance through adjustments to inventory targeting, and/or bidding strategies; training direct reports to do the same * Implementation set-up with partners, weekly reviews for discrepancies in campaign launches * Assist in implementation and technical troubleshooting of new and existing campaigns, providing technical guidance on campaign specifications and troubleshooting/conflict resolution; training direct reports to do the same * Communicate customer needs and business opportunities to account and product development teams * Collaborate with the AM and Publisher teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities * Onboard new clients, inclusive of negotiating MSA's, training clients for self-service management, integration of client-side data partners and creation of custom inventory sets * Maintain and grow client relationships, notifying key stakeholders about future business opportunities * Develop and maintain expert level proficiency in the IAS toolset, setting the same standard across the team * Establish focus and process with reporting team What you'll need: * 5+ years proven success in client services/ad operations/campaign management, working with advertisers and agencies, providing extraordinary client service * 1-2 years management experience * Solid working knowledge of digital ad delivery, optimization and/or yield management * Strong analytical skills; able to recognize trends within data to better optimize client campaigns * Impeccable attention to detail; service-minded and team-oriented * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong initiative; able to work well under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines * Ability to work well independently, as well as define/manage objectives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-growth environment * Ability to maintain excellent internal and external client relationships About Integral Ad Science Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology company that offers data and solutions to establish a safer, more effective advertising ecosystem.
