Job Description Summary

The role of Manager, Change Management, will join the Employee Communications and Change Management team and lead the change strategy for global transformation initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and other special projects. This role will be responsible for working with senior leaders throughout the organization to understand current state and desired future state, develop change management strategies, plans, and deliverables focused on achieving intended business outcomes and individual behavior changes.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on developing standard playbooks and communication / training templates that can be leveraged throughout the organization and support employees on all points of the change curve.

  • The ideal candidate will use their executive management skills to connect the dots across the business, roll up their sleeves to do the work, share ideas and look for opportunities to celebrate the team's successes.

  • Lead, design and implement change management strategies, plans, and deliverables

  • Identify and develop change management assets that can be leveraged across multiple programs

  • Manage stakeholder alignment and issue resolution leveraging executive influence skills

  • Ensure consistency of change management approach, implement standard operating processes and share new ideas based on continued learning

  • Performs other related duties as required or requested

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Psychology, Human Resources, Personnel Development, Change Management, English, Communications, Psychology, Business, or Journalism is preferred

  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in change management

  • Experience leading change programs required

  • Must be a team player; able to shift priorities as business needs change

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in achieving successful outcomes on all activities, ability to exercise good judgment, adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
