Manager,Change Management and Analytics

CTG's premier global consumer healthclient located in Whippany, NJhas an immediate need for a Manager,Change Management and Analytics to work with their Change Management Team.

Position Overview:

The Change Management Team coordinates andplans the review of new or revised package components and labeling associatedchanges to Consumer Health products through the Change Management process. They ensure data accuracy and integritythrough creation and maintenance of system information, enabling uninterruptedflow of data within local and global supply chain systems and change controlprocesses to support business execution for Consumer Health Division.

Successful candidate will beresponsible for coordinating and planning the review of new or revised packagecomponents and labeling associated changes to Consumer Health products throughthe Change Management process. This rolemust interact effectively with all functions involved with the ChangeManagement process to ensure changes in packaging and labeling are accomplishedin a compliant manner consistent with company directives and industryregulations to fully support the supply of Consumer Health products distributedin the US market.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

  • Manage KPI reporting on processes

  • Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot and rectify anyquality or completeness issues with system data and processes

  • Develop, run and analyze system reports toensure data accuracy; provide feedback to the manager as required

  • Provide system expertise in order to helpmaintain / improve or resolve system issues and to meet business requirements

  • Propose system improvements and/or processchanges; provide manager with feedback of impact and suggest alternatesolutions / recommendations that are in alignment with system best practices

  • Maintain technical training documentation andtraining records locally for Consumer Health Product Lifecycle systems whereneeded

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for allinternal Consumer Health customers to initiate packaging and labeling changes,monitor status, and initiate change amendments and ensures that Change Controlsubmissions are monitored

  • Administers the BHC US Change Managementprocess and serves as compliance check for all packaging and labeling changessubmitted to the Change Control Review Process. Manages change controlsubmissions throughout the product lifecycle workflow stages for ConsumerHealth products marketed within the US

  • The incumbent acts as the facilitator forpackaging and labeling changes for Consumer Health products marketing in the USand acts as a functional liaison between the Change Management Review Board,Project Management, Supply Managers, and Supply Center technical staff

  • Leads weekly cross-functional Review Boardmeetings including facilitating the resolution of copy issues during the reviewprocess, capturing and communicates agreed upon copy changes, and acting as liaisonbetween the relevant functions as appropriate

Educational & Experience

Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Business, Logistics, Engineering or anequivalent qualification with 4 years' experience in systems administration /analytics or Product Lifecycle / Change Management in the Consumer industry andor demonstrable equivalent systems complexity or AS Degree with 6 years'experience described above
Skill & Competency

Requirements:
  • Must have an understanding of informationsystems technology and business processes and procedures.

  • A broad understanding of Master Data, ProjectManagement, Packaging Services, Supply Chain and related functional areas is amajor contributor to success in this position

  • Must have an understanding of informationsystems technology and business processes and procedures

  • Must be able to participate in cross-functionalinitiatives and have a detailed knowledge of Supply Chain systems, databasefunctionality and understanding of Change Management processes

  • Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Excel with

Macro, PowerPoint, Product Life Cycle, Workflow Approval and Database Systems

  • Core competencies include: practical judgment,ability to develop oneself, technical skills, troubleshooting and analyticalability

  • Must be able to focus on their appointed tasks,manage multiple project timeline requirements, and be flexible to handlechanging priorities and fluctuating workloads

Preferences:

  • Synaps Product Life Cycle System Knowledge
  • SAP R/3 Knowledge
