Job Responsibilities include:
Developing business management goals and objectives that lend to growth and prosperity
Driving productivity and efficiency by leading the work and direction of your team
Devising and implementing business plans and best practices to promote the attainment of goals
Overseeing the fiscal health and growth of the management location
Evaluating and supervising employee performance
Staffing and training new team members
Driving growth of the location by providing exceptional care to referral sources and patients alike
Managing inventory and procurement of necessary equipment
