Location: Stamford, CT or Henkel Beauty Care Field Sales Office (Bentonville, Cincinnati, Nashville, Minneapolis, etc.)
The primary objective of the National Category Development Manager is to initiate, develop, synthesize, and translate shopper and category insights into Category growth platforms that support in-store activation
Work in partnership with Shopper Insights, Sales Strategy and Marketing teams in the development and deployment of Category insights and sales tools that support execution of Category and Henkel growth initiatives
Build credible and actionable National Category selling stories that drive Category and Henkel growth initiatives
Lead development, deployment, and broad sharing of Customer Shopper Loyalty insights
Own development, deployment and training of all syndicated data and executional tools
Provide insights to inform and support development of channel/customer 4P executions
Own development and insight support for best-in-class channel assortment and POG executions
B.S. or B.A. degree with 5+ Years CPG experience, ideally within both Category Management and Field Sales roles
Ability to proactively translates insights into business solutions
Ability to influence decision makers across all levels of internal and external organizations
Mastery of syndicated POS, Household panel, Customer Loyalty data, Shopper Insights
