Job Title:Manager, Casino Marketing
Carnival Cruise Line is currently seeking a Casino Marketing Manager! This position is intended to provide a brand-focused attention to the casino marketing responsibilities for Global Casino Operations. As such, the position will work closely with brand stakeholders on the tactical implementation of various programs. It is also the responsibility of this position to manage promotions and events onboard our ships, as well as to develop and execute new initiatives intended to drive incremental revenue in the Casino. The Manager, Casino Marketing will be responsible for player development initiatives, aimed at increasing visitation by high-end casino guests.
Liaise with brand stakeholders on effective marketing campaigns, and ensure these are executed onboard to optimize on guest experience and revenue potential
Manage onboard promotions and events in the casino
Develop, test and deploy new and improved onboard events and initiatives
Review analysis on marketing performance
Provide regular reporting on current and upcoming initiatives to leadership
Develop and manage Player Development programs with measurable impact on visitation and value of high-value casino guest
Partner with the Senior Manager, Global Casino Marketing to develop annual strategy for relevant brand casino marketing efforts
Partner with other stakeholders at the brand and within GCO to ensure continuous leveraging of all systems available to increase revenue (e.g. Casino management system) and identify opportunities to improve these
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred.
1-5 years of experience marketing, as well as managing promotions and events. Casino industry experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience working with various stakeholders in executing specific project goals.
Experience leading efforts to engage customers.
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Desire to learn.
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Experience with a Casino Management system would be preferred (not required)
