Role SummaryThe Manager, Business Solutions-Digital will support the VP & Director in all digital activation, platform development and sales efforts for the Marketing Partnerships group. S/he will work across the breadth of MSG's sports (New York Knicks, New York Rangers, Knicks Gaming, Counter Logic Gaming, etc.) and entertainment properties (MSG Arena, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Boston Calling Music Festival, etc.), assisting with execution, ideation and planning for all content platforms. The Manager will play a crucial role in the growth of MSG's branded content business and ensuring the Marketing Partnerships group hits all digital related goals. The Manager will work closely with the VP & Director to craft the digital activation and sales strategy for designated MSG properties and partners. S/he will serve as a project manager for select partner digital platforms and work frequently with various stakeholders across the company with groups including Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Information Technology and MSG Networks. S/he will collaborate closely with internal Account Management and Sales teams to ensure that we are best positioned to achieve all goals related to meeting partner digital KPIs and generating upsells, renewals and new business. Additionally, the position will manage digital ad operations for MSG affiliated digital channels and paid social/campaign optimization for applicable partner digital platforms.Specific Functions/Activities Summary
Lead Digital Project Management across tasks including branded content production (i.e. being on-site for shoots), platform development, project planning/execution and content distribution
Support ideation, planning and activation for select partner digital platforms across MSG properties
Manage scheduling and programming for partner digital assets (social media, web, email, apps)
Maintain inventory tracking, sales pipeline, rate card and budget documents for digital platforms
Assist with the development of and execution around third-party digital strategic partnerships
Day-to-Day oversight of partner paid social media campaigns: set-up, planning, execution and reporting/wrap-up
Provide KPI/performance tracking and benchmarking analytics for digital partnership assets, including mastering several third-party research tools
Liaise with Account Managers and Design teams on development of creative deliverables needed for digital executions
Oversee partner integration across MSG affiliated websites (internally and with agency team), apps and email channels with responsibilities including trafficking, reporting and sourcing creative
Monitor league/industry trends, regulations & best practices to assist with the creation of newsletters/case studies, educate the internal team and identify new opportunities to pursue
Education: BA/BS Degree required
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in digital, media, sports, and/or entertainment industry. Sponsorship, sales, production and/or branded content experience a plus.
