The Manager, Business Resiliency holds responsibility for partnering directly with business units in the development, administration and enhancement of all aspects of the Enterprise Business Resiliency program. This includes independent development, administration and execution of each of the components of the Business Continuity Planning process in consultative partnership with management from each of the business units across the organization, as well as independent execution of crisis management and crisis communication protocols during events that may impair normal business operations.
Perform other duties as assigned. This position can be based out of New York, Atlanta or Cincinnati.
Business Continuity Planning: Lead the implementation of standards related to structure, maintenance, testing and documentation of business continuity program components including Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Department Planning and Emergency Operations Center Planning.
Crisis Management: Lead situational awareness and ensure appropriate response to any event that may impair normal operations or represent a threat to customers or associates, and effectively obtain, validate and communicate information regarding these events.
Event Management: Lead the implementation of plans within each business unit designed to mitigate the impact of any business impairment event by effectively utilizing established methodologies and standards for Planning, Preparation, Response, Recovery and Postmortem.
Applications and Systems: Lead the development and enhancement of software applications and training procedures supporting the programs of the Business Resiliency Group.
Training and Education: Lead the administration of various training and education projects related to Business Resiliency components and evolving threats that may impact operations within the organization.
