The Manager, Brand Planning and Operations, is responsible for leading the development and execution of medium to large scale digital, cross-channel and cross-functional projects in support of strategic growth initiatives for Mast Global Digital, a division of L Brands. The Manager will develop, lead and facilitate the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives by translating strategy to execution, enabling brand and partner integration, efficiency and effectiveness to drive results. The Manager maintains responsibility across a broad spectrum of work and projects including process development, organizational effectiveness, change management and the management of strategic initiatives.
The role will provide strategic thought partnership to initiative sponsors, senior executives and department leaders. Further, the role will conduct research, provide insights, advocate solutions and delivers the initiative's goals and objectives. Demonstrating a high level of ownership and accountability, the role will interact with a diverse set of resources across functional boundaries to coach, foster and facilitate collaboration to deliver desired business outcomes with speed and efficiency. The role will champion business analysis to re-engineer new processes as identified while effectively addressing organizational change barriers or roadblocks.
Lead, develop and support Mast Global Digital initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and deliver brand, customer, product and channel based growth
Full project management responsibilities including analysis, project planning, scope/definition, risk analysis, resource management, progress and status reporting, meeting facilitation, communication, issue resolution, scheduling and budget tracking
Manage multiple initiatives including, but not limited to, product development, customer experience, marketing, supply chain efficiency and international commerce opportunities
Lead presentation development to gain required approval from senior leaders throughout a given project
Support the assessment and incubation of new business opportunities, as appropriate
Provide analytical support, including financial model development, communication of strategic relevance and execution required for potential growth opportunities
Provide strategic thought partnership to functional leaders influence decision making across multiple leadership levels to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of projects
Champion change by effectively challenging the status quo and leading new initiatives. Consistently acts as catalyst of change.
Train/coach others within the business to increase the strategic thinking capability within the organization

Bachelor's degree in business related field.
MBA strongly preferred
4 - 7 years of demonstrated analytical and strategic project experience
Experience with a top-tier consulting firm or retail experience a plus
Communicates effectively in groups and in one-to-one situations. Demonstrated experience with executive level communication.
Strong project and change management skills with proven ability to manage complex business problems and achieve business results while managing/executing against multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience communicating at a C-suite level.
Strategic thinker, able to contribute to project content as well as provide process leadership
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with ability to roll up your sleeves, accomplish objectives with minimal direction
Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects and teams
