Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Business Management 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Clearfield, UT.
This role will lead all Business Management activities associated with Development effort within the (U/FOUO) Zeus Program.
Lead business strategy and coordinate multiple functional areas including Contracts, Cost & Schedule, Pricing & Estimating, Compliance Management
Develop and manage AOP/LRSP financial goals and oversee monthly financial reporting. Interface with internal and external Customers.
Partner with all Business Functions to establish strategy, prioritize requirements and collaborate in program cost trades along with internal investments required.
Provide business oversight and oversee contract negotiation strategies.
Integrate staffing and business base analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 8 years of industry related experience in Finance, Accounting, Pricing/Cost estimating, Contracts, Program Control, or other related Business Management function(s)
Experience managing programs requiring Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
Experience leading teams to successful outcomes
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on advanced Excel data analysis competency
Understanding of DoD Contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR/DFARS
Active DoD Secret level security clearance
MBA or a Master's Degree in a Business related field.
Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management
Experience using Deltek CostPoint and Deltek COBRA cost management systems
Experience with financial forecasting systems including any or all of the following: TM1, IFAS or COGNOS
Ability to develop and present material outside the immediate work function - Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Experience operating within highly compliant business environments (e.g., Earned Value Management, TINA Compliant Cost Estimating, FAR/DFARS required Contracting, etc.).
