Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Business Management 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Clearfield, UT.

This role will lead all Business Management activities associated with Development effort within the (U/FOUO) Zeus Program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead business strategy and coordinate multiple functional areas including Contracts, Cost & Schedule, Pricing & Estimating, Compliance Management

  • Develop and manage AOP/LRSP financial goals and oversee monthly financial reporting. Interface with internal and external Customers.

  • Partner with all Business Functions to establish strategy, prioritize requirements and collaborate in program cost trades along with internal investments required.

  • Provide business oversight and oversee contract negotiation strategies.

  • Integrate staffing and business base analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 8 years of industry related experience in Finance, Accounting, Pricing/Cost estimating, Contracts, Program Control, or other related Business Management function(s)

  • Experience managing programs requiring Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

  • Experience leading teams to successful outcomes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on advanced Excel data analysis competency

  • Understanding of DoD Contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR/DFARS

  • Active DoD Secret level security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or a Master's Degree in a Business related field.

  • Management experience

  • Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management

  • Experience using Deltek CostPoint and Deltek COBRA cost management systems

  • Experience with financial forecasting systems including any or all of the following: TM1, IFAS or COGNOS

  • Ability to develop and present material outside the immediate work function - Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

  • Experience operating within highly compliant business environments (e.g., Earned Value Management, TINA Compliant Cost Estimating, FAR/DFARS required Contracting, etc.).
