Job Description:

Primary areas of responsibility will include:

  • Lead the quality data and reporting team, responsible for development of reports and dashboards to support all aspects of HEDIS reporting, interventions and analytics.

  • Ensure that required reporting and supporting documents are provided to CMS, NCQA, State agencies and other key stake holders accurately and on time.

  • Initiatives scope includes data sets to support member outreach as well as the development of data reporting applications, tools and dashboards to support key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of management experience.

  • 3 years management or quality leadership

  • Proven success working collaboratively with internal teams across data science, business and/or external stakeholders.

  • Ability to drive strategies, information needs, programs, processes and products.

  • Able to make sound decisions and recommendations to drive business solutions.

  • Ability to evaluate and interpret data for the purpose of developing and revising new programs and processes to meet business demands

  • Strong technical acumen to drive features with technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Skills/expertise preferred

  • Communication proficiency - verbal and written. Comfortable with audiences at varying levels within the organization and external partners. Ability to translate reporting work/concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Successfully navigate and manage simultaneously competing priorities to meet business needs and deliverables

  • Ability to provide leadership to staff and to build the trust and respect of internal and external key stakeholders. Able to motivate staff and promote team building.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including creativity, resourcefulness, timeliness and technical knowledge related to analyzing and resolving medical/administrative problems

  • Sensitivity to needs of culturally and linguistically diverse member, caregiver, provider and employee populations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software. Understanding of SQL Server/SQL coding a plus

Education

Associate Degree or higher
