This strategic role will report to Rally's Head of Business & Corporate Development and drive the development, analysis, and execution of partnerships with 3rd parties. These partnerships will support key enterprise goals regarding revenue, engagement, NPS, and new capabilities. This individual will partner closely with key business leadersincluding but not limited to leaders of Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operationsto understand intent and recommend appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic solutions to complex business issues and evaluating long-run financial impact

  • Coordinate and lead communications among Rally's Sales, Product, Enterprise, Legal, and Data organizations

  • Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis of opportunities, which can include modeling, price analysis, and competitive analyses.

  • Build close partnerships with Line of Business Executives to understand imperatives, gain insights into critical product drivers for the organization, consult on the appropriate market development agenda, and drive the development and execution of partnerships that drive key business goals.

  • Structure and package your work into compelling presentations and communications that influence various audiences including senior executives

  • Identify tool and process needs to enable operational scaling and collaborate with Product, Operations and Engineering to support deployment

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree

  • 3 years leading business negotiations, from deal structure through signing and launch

  • 3 years in product development from publishing to monetization

  • 3 years product/project/program management experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro

  • A strong history of defining business requirements through collaboration with sales, customers, senior management, developers, and other stakeholders.

  • Experience simply and effectively communicating business requirements to a diverse group of business users, technologists, and clients.

  • Experience developing business cases that will inform investment decisions.

  • Strengths in building and leading light, sustainable, and impactful processes.

  • A passion for health care and/or other consumer-driven industries

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree

  • Background in technology or healthcare

  • 4 years in a client facing consulting role

  • 3 years initiating analyzing, negotiating and executing partnerships in a technical environment with an impact on the product development life cycle

  • 3 years of quantitative skills that you have used in the development of financial models, the creation or analysis of financial reports

  • Experience leading projects with C-level visibility that touch projects with product, marketing, growth and other technical teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving experience, combined with excellent business judgment and an ability to present to leaders in a clear and compelling manner

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with proven success in execution and multitasking

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of management

  • Ability to handle and manage competing priorities

  • Execution-minded team player and individually accountable

Fosters key business relationships with potential and existing clients. Previous experience in the staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.
