SRED.io is at the forefront of helping companies fund their innovation goals.The Manager of Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.What You’ll Do:

  • Built, lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Ensure the Business Development Representative team is hitting weekly sales metrics.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting in Outreach.io.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team.

What It Takes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics and/or Marketing
  •  5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role (business development).
  • You're a results driven person, who expects superior results from your team
  • Ability to get stuff done.
