  • Manages a business delivery services team of 3 direct reports that support multiple divisions across CBS. This includes: recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

  • Manages and works with onsite and offshore development and implementation teams to deliver results

  • Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Convert business requirement into functional and technical specification documents

  • Provides Oracle Application day to day production support

  • Builds application strategy and roadmaps

  • Setup, configures, implements, tests and validates Oracle EBS application modules and extensions

  • Leads business requirement definition sessions and prepares detailed functional design specifications

  • Works on Business process reengineering, System Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Solution Design & Development, Testing and Implementation

  • Creates solutions prototype and proof of concepts, and demonstrate to business teams

  • Provides direction to project teams

  • Creates project plans, manages dashboard reports, issues lists, risk logs, cross-functional team requirements and presentations

  • Serves as the Project Manager for the projects, as well as engage in vendor management for projects

  • Provides technology solution across the SDLC including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing and deployment.

  • Serves as primary contact for the divisional users for both production support and project requests

  • Interfaces with a large customer base across geographic locations to understand their needs and priorities, and communicate to upper management.

  • Performs (and supervises) fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, application configuration and testing




  • Must have 3+ years of experience managing a team on EBS projects

  • 7+ years of Oracle EBS experience

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials, Projects and Procurement suite modules

  • Experience with designing, configuring and implementing Oracle EBS

  • Must be an expert in functional aspects of Oracle EBS

  • Hands-on Oracle EBS R12 solution design, development, implementation, and management experience.

  • Understanding of Business Processes utilizing Oracle Application flows across the Oracle EBS.

  • Strong knowledge of Ebusiness tax module for US Sales, VAT and GST implementation

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Receivables module

  • Experience of foreign currency ledger implementations

  • Basic proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and using TOAD or similar product

  • Experience with designing CEMLIs (Configuration/Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization and Integration)

  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Apex and XML Publisher

  • Working knowledge of GRC tools (R12)

  • Knowledge of Oracle Workflow, OA Framework, JDeveloper is preferred

  • Ability to provide ongoing Oracle Financials Application production support

  • Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications database architecture

  • Experience in business requirements assessment and solution design

  • Ability to convert business requirement into functional specification documents

  • Knowledge of change and ticket management processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or accounting or a business related field of experience
