The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center is a for profit, external facing Corporate Consulting organization that specializes in organizational culture transformation, leadership development, and service culture development. The Manager, Business Operations is responsible for sales-related operations including: client invoicing, client payments, reporting, and consulting delivery dispatching for a multi-million dollar business. This position reports to the Sales Manager, The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center.

The core responsibilities for this position include:

  • Managing all client invoicing in collaboration with the Account Managers

  • Managing all client payment collection to ensure that it is collected on-time per the contract terms

  • Leading monthly reporting on client payments, invoicing, and consulting dispatch performance

  • Serving as the client liaison for all billing and payment related activities for RCLC

  • Managing all consulting delivery dispatching and assignments to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction


Manages all invoice and payment related operations for the sales team:

  • Owns payment collection for services contracts generated by the Account Managers

  • Owns all client invoicing for service lines and ensures that they are error free and timely

  • Owns all related communications to clients to ensure that payments are made according to contract terms and ensures compliance

  • Ensures payment related activity is accurate and timely in salesforce

Leads all associated reporting and salesforce dashboards

  • Develops a dashboard of reports to maintain transparency of payments, invoicing, and dispatch services

  • Researches any required areas in business operationsespecially escalations or discrepancies

  • Creates and utilizes reporting in salesforce to manage the efficiency and accuracy of the operation

Manages all consulting delivery dispatching and assignments in collaboration with Account Managers

  • Owns the salesforce dispatch calendar for our consulting Practice and ensures accuracy at all times

  • Reviews the delivery assignments for efficiency, desired routing, and client fit constantly to optimize utilization

  • Load balances the delivery team assignments to ensure equitable spread of work

  • Evolves the dispatch process to continue to grow the business through efficient and optimal utilization


Required Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of related work experience

  • Experience with salesforce; contracts or invoicing experience is desired

  • Highly accountable to deliver results with minimal supervision

  • Bachelor's degree required
