Manager Bond Claims (Flex/Office Home)

Senior individual contributor role accountable for managing all aspects of claims handling for a full caseload of bond claims.

Position Compensation Range:

$123,000.00 - $209,000.00

Primary Accountabilities

• Accountable for managing all aspects of claims handling in accordance to company guidelines.

• Manages full caseload of bond claims.

• Investigates, analyzes, and resolves coverage issues and settlements.

• Monitors litigation and outside vendors.

• Assists in providing guidance to bond underwriting.

• Provides training and mentoring to other claim staff.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

• Extensive knowledge of bonds, contracts and liability.

• Demonstrated experience in bond claims.

Licenses

• Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred

Travel Requirements

• Up to 10%.

Physical Requirements

• Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
