We are looking for a creative and experienced Manager, Board & System Product Engineering to join our team! NVIDIA's Operations Engineering team plays a key role in developing new state of the art autonomous driving (Drive AGX), embedded (Jetson) and consumer(Shield TV) products.

What you'll be doing:
As part of an Operations Engineering team you'll play a key role in developing new state of the art autonomous driving (Drive AGX), embedded (Jetson) and consumer(Shield TV) products.
You'll craft, architect, design, and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
Represent Ops Engineering during architecture, design product life cycle and provide manufacturing capability feedback to design teams.
Continuously mentor and develop engineers in your team.
Define product test requirements and drive NPI bring up, validation, and characterization for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites as you continuously find opportunities for potential process improvements and collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement.
What we need to see:
Master's in electrical engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of leading teams (6+ members) as a manager
You have a proven track record of leading board/system-level products through different phases of life cycle - all the way from design to high-volume manufacturing.
DFx knowledge in electrical, thermal and mechanical components of system
Knowledge of hardware and software interaction (e.g. familiar with embedded low level firmware and/or embedded operating systems and H/W)
Deep understanding of System on Chip (SoC) IO interfaces (e.g. USB, SPI, UART, Ethernet, display ports, etc) and memory subsystem design
Hands-on experience in design analysis, prototype bring-up and debugging, failure verification and manufacturing test support
Hands-on experience with Perl/Python/Shell scripting
Have you experienced working in a multi-functional engineering environment?
Do you have experience in Manufacturing Test and validation planning and reporting?
Are you an authority in Design of experiments creation, execution and data analysis?
Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
Familiarity with automotive, industrial and military electronic requirements will be a plus
