The Manager, Biopharma Product/ Project Launch Management (M-BPLM), is a member of the Biopharmaceuticals Commercial team. The M-BPLM is responsible for partnering with brand management, operations, and extended team members across the organization to ensure all project requirements, risks, and deliverables are identified, integrated, tracked, and managed successfully from project initiation through implementation.

The M-BPLM will provide project management for new product launches and program management within the Biopharmaceuticals BU and major initiatives. Project Management is a core competency which requires complete partnership with brand management, and day to day interaction with extended brand team members. The M-BPLM ensures all project requirements, risks and deliverables are identified, integrated, tracked, and managed successfully from project initiation through implementation.

The M-BPLM utilizes Microsoft Project to develop and track project plans as well as analyze and manage the critical path. The M-BPLM also utilizes other standard project management tools, techniques, and reports in order to facilitate:

  • Resource planning

  • Risk analysis and management

  • Action Items

  • Team communication and transparency

  • Communication to Senior Management project status, issues, risks, and resource requirements

In addition to hands-on project management for Biopharma product launches, the M-BPLM will also be responsible for:

  • Working across Biopharmaceuticals BU to ensure alignment of the Project Management process and methodology to drive superior execution of key business initiatives

  • Management of the M-BPLM resources to ensure Program and Project Management support to the future Biopharma pipeline product launches, and major initiatives (this may have both a direct and an indirect supervisory responsibility)

  • Developing M-BPLM standards and practices to support all phases of a project life cycle

  • Supporting cross franchise program and project management initiatives

Join us and help reimagine medicine. The Manager Launch Supply Chain is responsible for the site relationship and supply planning of Sandoz US intercompany planning for the US market. This position will also add guidance, experience and support to the ICO planning team. This position will be a liaison and advocate amongst Supply Chain, Customer Service, Demand Planning, QA, Regulatory and Sale and Marketing to build strong working relationships. Serve as ESO Supply Planning Lead in support of critical fast to market complex projects that span from early BD&L deal development through commercial launch. Responsibilities: Performance Management * Responsible for supply planning and site relationship. * Develop and maintain monthly supply requirements through site collaboration and site commitments. * Facilitate and advocate the S&OP process with the site, supply chain function and sup-porting departments. * Build and maintain inventory levels for the different business segments to maximize overall business profit and maintain inventory objectives. * Secure reliable supply confirmation, including proactive communication to Customer Service and ComOps regarding availability dates and supply constraints * Ensure that all SC rules/ Planning Master Data are maintained and updated correctly on a monthly or quarterly basis * Implement preventive and mitigating actions to manage supply and inventory perfor-mance * Ensure optimal use of SHAPE functionalities and BI reports as key planning tools within the area of Order management, Stock management, Forecasting and Reporting. * Maintain a good and proactive relationship with internal supplier hubs Drive process efficiency * Work to develop a world class planning process. * Consistently challenge the planning process to ensure process and system improvements are explored effectively. * Advance the use and functionality of SAP APO software to drive improved planning and efficiencies in the planning team. * Apply and Implement agreed initiatives to ensure ongoing improvement of function * Implement planning excellence across all planning sites / planners to ensure continuity of work practices and adherence to MRP excellence. Reporting * Drive optimal utilization of standard weekly and monthly reports. * Work to improve reporting redundancy and eliminate non-value added activities. Compliance Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies and any other quality or reg-ulatory requirements.
