The League for People with Disabilities, has an immediate opening for the right individual to join our growing team as the Manager of Behavior Support Services! The Manager of Behavior Support Services will provide behavioral support to individuals throughout our agency by conducting functional behavior assessments and behavioral observations. They will work closely with the Director in the development of behavior plans. They will provide training and support to all staff that work with the individual. On a weekly basis, they will review and graph behavioral data and effectively track and monitor the behavior plans, behavior protocols, and internal referrals. As necessary, this position will fill in for staffing and provide brief implementation of behavior plans.
This position will be a key member of The League, working closely with the Director and other managers to align and continuously improve behavior support services throughout the agency. The Manager of Behavior Support Services will provide required trainings, and will acquire and maintain the Mandt Trainer certification. They will help screen and monitor referrals for Behavior Support Services as well as track the services rendered.
This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the knowledge and expertise to guide staff on effective behavioral strategies. This is a full-time, salaried position; further details discussed during the interview process.
